RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return the products I ordered?
You can only if:
– You send them back within 2 weeks after you received them,
– They are in original condition (Not worn or washed),
– The tags are still on,
– They are still in their original package.
How do I return/exchange items?
To return products you can:
If your order was incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
– Please fill out the form you find here and add it with the returned products in the shipment.
– Print the form and pack the return form together with the item(s) including all original product packaging and labelling.
– The exchange/refund you asked for will be processed within 10 working days (2 weeks).
– Post the package through your nearest applicable post office. (Norway: PostNord, Bring
– We recommend sending your return by A- postage mail, which is often a cheaper alternative.
– You are responsible for the return fee.
– When we will receive your package, we will check the items and send you an E-mail to inform you.

If after 2 weeks you still didn’t receive what you asked for, please contact us providing your order number and the details of your return.
N.B. If you are returning items from outside the EU, you will need a customs form. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will create one for you.
N.B. We cannot make exchanges/refunds if we don’t know what you are asking for.If you don’t put any Return Form, invoice or note in the package, we won’t know who you are and we won’t be able to contact you about the package we received.
